Change Manager
Our partner is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team!
Main responsibilities:
- Act as professional change manager of the overarching transformational program.
- Apply a structured methodology at the group level to complete a change management assessment.
- Create a positive change story with key milestones defined until 2030.
- Create actionable deliverables for change management levers on group-level.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Guide the program team to integrate change management activities to program execution plans.
- Support impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Support the employee engagement master plan.
- Identify influencers’ networks in production organizations and drive them in favor of the successful implementation.
- Prepare communication materials, tailor, and adapt communications to different audiences.
- Support the preparation of leaders for employee interactions.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of necessary training programs.
- Manage the change portfolio.
Required skills:
- 6+ years of experience in large-scale business transformation with high complexity.
- Experience in driving change management: transformational initiatives with large-scale organizational efforts.
- Experience in manufacturing and production.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Acute business acumen for organizational issues and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate messages.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Proficiency in English.
- Driving license.
