CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEAD

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our multinational client, operating in SSC sector as a Change Management Lead, having focus on process transformation, people management and global strategy design and implementation.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and maintain change management methodology
  • Support global and local transition and transformation projects as well
  • Lead strategic projects from change management point of view
  • Lead the preparation of change impact analysis
  • High level stakeholder management – cooperate with Global Process Owners
  • Manage change management resources effectively
  • Lead change management team (local and virtual as well – senior colleagues)
  • Support the improvement of the organization change capability by holding trainings, coaching
  • Understand change management requirements

 

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor degree in relevant area
  • 8+ years relevant experience in change management
  • Experience in leading the change management in large-scale projects
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Expertise in the usage of change management tools, methodologies
  • Experience in people management (coordinating virtual teams as well)
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Action oriented mindset
