Business Operations Specialist (French speaking)

Our partner has a long history of research and development focused on IT hardware and software solutions. It serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. Its Competence Center in Budapest provides high added-value services primarily in the fields of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after sales, sales tracking and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle Eastern and North African entities.



Main responsibilities:
  • Providing on request guidance to the company’s pre-sales team on capabilities and services
  • Being responsible for contractual interpretation and set up of customer requirements
  • Working together with various cross-functional teams to provide support, analysis and drive resolution for escalations
  • Managing the creation process of a unique customer invoice and work with the invoicing team to ensure correct execution



Required skills:
  • Degree level
  • 4+ years project/contract management experience 
  • Fluent French and English language skills 
  • Advanced user of MS Office tools
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, motivated personality
  • Can do attitude



Advantages:
SAP and/or Siebel experience is a huge advantage
