Business Operations Manager - Dutch speaking

Our partner serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. In its Competence Center in Budapest, they are now looking for a talented candidate who is considered as one “Subject Matter Expert” in the back-office support for many operational practices. The Business Operations Manager works closely with country operations teams and other cross-functional resources in a coordination role to ensure accurate & timely contract implementation & management.  


Main responsibilities:
-        Customer and contract set up as well as managing day to day execution: ensuring adequate account set up and maintenance as well as high quality of the services delivered in terms of fleet management; overseeing customer invoicing cycles (for annuities, ad hoc and hardware), managing escalation/disputes
-        Providing on request guidance to the company’s pre-sales team on capabilities and services
-        Being responsible for the contractual interpretation and set up of customer requirements
-        Working together with various cross-functional teams to provide support, analysis and drive resolution for escalations
-        Managing the creation process of a unique customer invoice and work with the invoicing team to ensure correct execution


Required skills:
-        Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills
-        5+ years' project/contract management/finance experience 
-        Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, Siebel and/or SAP systems
-        Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
-        Customer-first mentality
