BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER Danish/Finnish/Norwegian/Swedish speaking

It’s Competence Center in Budapest provides high-added-value services primarily in the fields of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after sales, sales tracking and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle-Eastern and North-African entities.

The new colleague will be directly responsible for the escalation management, generating or providing customer reports and providing input and recommendations for ensuring global alignment to operational practices and customer contractual requirem

The new colleague will be directly responsible for the escalation management, generating or providing customer reports and providing input and recommendations for ensuring global alignment to operational practices and customer contractual requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide on request consultation/guidance to the pre-sales team on capabilities
  • Responsible for contractual interpretation and management of customer requirements
  • Contract maintenance/change management
  • Monitor/audit process execution for compliance of contractual obligations to its customers within set schedule
  • Direct interaction with various cross functional teams as needed to provide resolution support
  • Support system and/or process changes, participate in continuous improvement activities/projects
  • Provide visibility & confidence to other Country Operations team that expected customer service is delivered according to contract and under control
  • Ensure country specifics are met and overall country operations are delivered under quality & SLA expectations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English and any Nordics language
  • Relevant business operation management experience
  • Working knowledge of Siebel and/or SAP systems is a clear advantage
  • Understanding of analytical tools and project management tools (MS Project, Visio and MS Office experience is a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of "process development" and "gap analysis techniques"
  • Proven problem-solving experience and process focus
  • Experience working with Lean Six Sigma and/or Belt certification is helpful
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work with virtual teams from multiple geographies
  • Customer Service oriented attitude
