Our client is a growing Shared Service Centre providing Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain support to its businesses looking for a Black Belt certified Process Improvement Managerwith 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement. In this role you will be responsible for continuous improvement projects in line with company’s strategic goals where you have to identify improvement opportunities by applying Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, program management and change management methodologies.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitor business process performance and give suggestions for continuous improvements
  • Work on the Lean Transformation of the processes and deliver operational efficiency
  • Liaise with stakeholders, act as single point of contact for collecting data for reporting and dash boarding
  • Identify process gaps, detect issues, perform root cause analysis to improve processes
  • Act as a change agent and ensure continuous improvement activity is being communicated, understood, and supported within the organization
  • Enhance the culture of process thinking, further improve process management framework and methodology
  • Evaluate process improvement initiations and support board decisions based on created materials
  • Coach and support Process Owners and other stakeholders of business processes
  • Deepen the ‘Process-thinking culture’ within the Organisation


  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Six Sigma and Lean initiatives
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a MUST!
  • Fluency in English
  • Consultancy, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Cross cultural sensitivity
  • Experience gained in performing Six Sigma Trainings
