Billing Administrator (French speaking)

One of our trusted multinational clients is expanding its team, and therefore looking for a talented candidate with fluent French and English language knowledge!



Main responsibilities:
·        Manage billing: have end to end ownership on bill production of your own customer portfolio.
·        Ensure accuracy and consistency of client invoices.
·        Manage clean-check and validation of order forms.
·        Enter orders in the systems and arrange the delivery of ordered products.
·        Contribute to the team's month end closing activities.
·        Build and maintain outstanding relationship with stakeholders and provide excellent customer experience.
·        Support other departments in any question about the orders and invoices.


Required skills:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree 
  • Fluent French AND good command of English knowledge 
  • 0,5-2 years of finance OR business administration OR order management OR accounting experience 
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
