Application Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:
  • Handle e-mails and take end-user calls when required
  • Ticket creation/categorization/prioritization/resolution/closure
  • Ticket escalation
  • Request fulfilment
  • Application and event monitoring
  • User access and permission management
  • Site administration
  • Database clean-up activities
  • Technical troubleshoot
  • Participation in client calls, consulting


Required skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 1+ year of work experience in L1 Technical Support role
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Monotony endurance
  • Good task and time management skills
