AP Team Leader (Székesfehérvár)

As an AP Team Leader are you looking for the next step in your career? On behalf our multinational partner located in Székesfehérvár, we are looking for an experienced colleague who would be responsible for the people management and coordination of the AP team.  Above the everyday tasks, you can participate in transition and process automation!

Main responsibilities:
  • Full scale of responsibility in people management of the AP team
  • The team is supporting AP accounting, but has responsibility in intercompany activity and journal postings too
  • Participating in month-end closing activities
  • Mentoring and motivating the team
  • Supporting the team in implementing and standardizing new processes
  • Ensuring the proper quality of the service
  • Being accountable for the team’s performance
  • Improving processes and procedures in order to develop efficiency to the fullest
  • Building and keeping active contact with high level stakeholders

Required skills:
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • At least 5 years’ experience in related finance/accounting field
  • At least 2-3 years of people management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • SAP knowledge
