Accounting Manager

As an experienced manager are you looking for a challenging new position in the field of Financial Accounting and Reporting? In this role you would have the opportunity to manage end-to-end processes, participate in process improvements and develop teams. Our partner has a prosperous operation in their Shared Service Center in Budapest.


Main responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility in coordinating the accounting and reporting activity for a given entity
  • Supporting end-to-end General Ledger accounting processes
  • Having an overview on balance sheet and cash-flow reports
  • Training and coaching team members
  • Standardizing and improving the GL processes
  • Project and change management
  • Participating in audits
  • Liaising with high-level stakeholders


Required skills:
  • Fluent English
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes (full scope of GL accounting and reporting)
  • Solid IFRS knowledge, ACCA is a huge advantage
  • People management experience
  • Experience in SSC environment
  • Solution-oriented attitude
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
