Contract Administration & Billing Specialist with German or Dutch (NEW SSC)

We are looking for a Contract Administration & Billing Specialist with German or Dutch for a brand-new American SSC in the heart of Budapest. The role involves managing all aspects of invoicing, customer data maintenance, and contract administration. This includes generating accurate invoices, maintaining comprehensive records, addressing complex billing issues, and improving invoicing processes. The role also requires collaboration with service and other departments, supporting month-end and year-end financial processes, and managing contract renewals and terminations to ensure profitability.


Main responsibilities:
  • Invoice processing (generate invoices, manage invoicing systems)
  • Customer data management
  • Serve as the second-level point of contact for escalated customer billing inquiries and complaints
  • Analyze and resolve complex billing issues
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive records of invoicing activities
  • Prepare and present regular reports on billing activities
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining invoicing processes and recommend improvements
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes 
  • Contract administration


Required skills:
  • University degree
  • 0,5–2 years of  experience in contract management, invoicing, or a related administrative role
  • ERP system knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and intermediate language skills in German/Dutch
  • Adaptability
  • Customer-focused mindset
