Account manager (office based)

Main responsibilities:
  • Accountable for business results in the specified region
  • Manage, develop, and grow the existing customer portfolio with a margin-centric approach, monitor performance and payment behavior 
  • Ensure customer support and guidance related to card services to existing portfolio
  • Active cooperation with the extended/international team: credit management, front-office and back-office colleagues, pricing team
  • Monitor and analyze the card market, activities of the market players as well as the new trends in the market
  • Support Country Sales Manager and field-based account managers regarding sales and administrative activities, acting as focal point for student workers

Required skills:
  • University Education 
  • Fluent English 
  • 2-3 years Sales / Customer Service experience 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, persuasiveness
  • Self-starting character with independent working style
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines 
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
