Strategy & Marketing Manager

We are looking for business analysts with a few years of BIG4 experience to join a corporate team!

Main responsibilities:
• Steer annual strategic review across the 5 business areas (market definition, segmentation, key trends, competitive positions) into NPI and other key actions
• Steer individual deep-dives on key opportunities (e.g. medical systems)
• Drive preparation of presentations for critical annual events (board, leadership conference)
Marketing and Product management
• Coordinate competitive insights across the 5 business areas (market shares, key trends)
• Implement consistent NPI gate procedures, with special focus on commercialization
• Implement consistent value-base selling and pricing positioning processes
• Track individual cost reduction initiatives
• Run monthly dashboards with focus on key actions (NPI progress, cost take out progress, specific initiatives progress)
Metrics of success for the role
• Delivery of high-quality well-defined outcomes/presentations with significant autonomy 
• Implementation of new marketing processes and getting high user compliance and usage 
• Identification of new growth opportunities 

Required skills:
• 5+ years of work experience in similar roles in an industrial or consulting environment 
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering 
• Fluent English language knowledge on a professional level (both written and verbal) 
• Left brain skills: analytics, product management, business acumen, process management 
• Right brain skills: enthusiastic go-getter and self-starter leader, able to work cross-function with sales units and factory, focused on shared success 
• Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time (international)
