German-speaking Billing Associate

Main responsibilities:
  • Create invoices for your own portfolio of customers
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer invoices 
  • Identify and communicate revenue management risks
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external customers and deliver a superior customer experience
  • Participate in month end close activities in conjunction with controllers
  • Provide status updates during the monthly billing cycle
  • Ensure credits comply with external and internal regulations


Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, accounting or business administration)
  • Fluent knowledge of English AND German
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and positive manner with attention to detail
  • Desire to achieve high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ability to identify root causes of problems and focus on resolving them quickly and efficiently
