Hebrew speaking Customer Service Specialist

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensuring order entry and order follow-up
  • Providing B2B customer support 
  • Preparing backorder reports & invoicing
  • Handling claims & returns and crediting
  • Working collaboratively with sales, finance and other relevant internal stakeholders

Required skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English AND Hebrew
  • Be open to the Israeli work model - work schedule from Sunday to Thursday
  • Good MS Office skills 
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Experience in a customer-focused position
  • Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
