HR Team Lead - German-speaking
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an HR Team Lead - German-speaking! If you have experience in HR and leading a team/teams, and you communicate in German and English fluently, do not hesitate to check out this opportunity!
Main responsibilities:
- Shaping the SCE by building the HR Solutions strategy
- Leading a team in the execution of First Level Support and HR Administration strategy
- Take responsibility for allocating appropriate resources in order to keep the SLAs
- Driving HR service standards, processes and policies across the region
- Driving/Actively participating in HR projects, contributing to the further development of HR solutions
- Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with various HR functions and with the business as a competent contact on all HR administrative topics
- Driving the interaction with various HR functions and with the business
- Ensuring the cost-efficient set-up of HR SCE Operations and enforcing identified improvement potentials
- Taking the role of an outstanding leader that the team looks up to by leading, coaching, motivating and developing each team member
- Capturing business requirements and then translating them into service and technology requirements
Required skills:
- College or university degree in business administration (ideally with a major in HR management)
- 5 years of proven international leadership experience in HR SSC
- Experience in managing teams with different backgrounds and professional orientations
- Fluency in business German and business English is a must
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience with SAP
- Understanding of organization structures and hierarchies
- Good analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into impactful messages/insights
