Spanish and Portuguese speaking Service Desk Analyst

Main responsibilities:
  • Resolving IT issues of our clients
  • Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
  • Documentation and precise administration
  • Keeping the user informed, and following up on ongoing cases
  • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level


Required skills:
  • Advanced or native in Spanish and Portuguese language and upper-intermediate in English language
  • Experience in any customer service 
  • University graduate
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • You have logical thinking and good problem-solving skills
  • Service window the team needs to cover: Monday-Friday 8AM - 2AM
