German-speaking AP Accountant

We are seeking motivated candidates looking for a great opportunity in the Accounts Payable field at a multinational company with an engineering core focus. If your strengths include accuracy and precision, you have relevant accounting qualifications or work experience, and you speak German and English, apply now! Full remote work possibility.


Main responsibilities:
  • Daily processing and verification of incoming invoices 
  • Handling reclaims & corrections
  • Participating in AP closing and periodical activities
  • Identifying, evaluating and resolving issues 
  • Being part of the transition of accounting processes from European entities
  • Ensuring that all process manuals are created and updated on a regular basis


Required skills:
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounting (primarily in Accounts Payable)
  • Strong upper-intermediate English and intermediate German language skills (can be passive)
  • Good knowledge of SAP (SAP FI)
  • Excellent communication skills
