Service Desk Agent - German Speaking

Kickstart your career as a Service Desk Agent and help your German and English speaking clients with their IT-related questions. 

Main responsibilities:
  • Handle end-user calls and web queries in both German and English
  • Be the first point of contact for our valued customers
  • Ensure precise administration and act as the bridge between the customer and the resolving group
  • Keep users informed and take ownership of ongoing cases

Required skills:
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Possesses customer service experience
  • Desire to learn (no IT background needed)
  • Open to working in shifts 
  • Flexible, open-minded personality with a "can-do" attitude
