Group FM Operation Expert
Our Client is a multinational organization operating in the oil and gas industry. Due to their dynamic growth, we are seeking an ambitious, experienced candidate for the following position:
Main responsibilities:
- Implement the divisional strategies into short-medium-long term plans, monitor the execution and initiate corrective actions if any deviation to realize the business strategy.
- Perform the standards for contracting of operation FM suppliers and be involved into category strategies preparations as demand manager.
- Implement professional (internal) and market (external) changes and initiate transformation programs to adopt / leverage on that.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of the operation of the buildings inline with government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards.
- Manage the allocation and manage space between buildings.
- Be accountable for stakeholder management across Group, including reporting and communication towards the top management. Business partnering is ensured on all levels.
- Participate effectively in the development of the systems, processes and practices facilitating uninterrupted operation, in ensuring uniform use thereof, and supervise proper use compliant with the rules defined.
Required skills:
- BSc/MSc degree in technical studies / economics.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in facility management.
- Proven experience of project coordination within a group organization.
- Strong project management experience.
- Fluent professional level English knowledge; International cooperation is required.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Outstanding decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, focused and structured thinking, and demonstrates strong analytical skills.
- Good attention to details but also ability to see the implications for bigger picture.
- Customer focused approach, excellent communication skills and is good in teamwork.
- “B” type driving licence, and is an active user of it.
