Romanian-speaking Sales Operations Specialist

Main responsibilities:
  • You take over the order from salesforce 
  • You are the contact persona for clients 
  • You take responsibility for the internal order process, logistics, invoicing and documentation
  • You work with ERP System and a modern CRM system
  • You handle post-sales processes: documentation, coordination

Required skills:
  • Fluency English & Romanian
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Dynamic personality with experience in administration or administrative support
  • Well-structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Customer focussed-thinking and good communication skills
