Area Sales Representative
Our well-known international Client is a major player in paper- packaging solutions for the FMCG industry. Due to their dynamic growth on the Hungarian market, we are seeking an ambitious candidate to the following position:
Main responsibilities:
- Be the local key-player of an international paper-packaging Group by representing the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how the company's packaging solutions meet the needs of customers;
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers (B2B);
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field;
- Create market-mapping, and sales strategy with mainly FMCG related industrial clients;
- Drive sales and actively develop long-term relations with Clients;
- Prepare proposals & offers, negotiate about pricing;
- Promote product categories / packaging solutions to the Clients.
Required skills:
- College degree is preferred but not a mandatory requirement;
- 3-5 years of "Hunter" Sales experience in packaging industry is essential;
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- Excellent communication skills and sales attitude;
- Very good negotiation and presentation skills;
- Winning spirit, positive, confident, “can do” attitude, proactivity;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good English language skills, native Hungarian.
