HR Business Partner

Main responsibilities:
  • Identify recruitment needs in conjunction with the business, and work jointly with the recruitment team to fill vacancies
  • Provide HR advice and ensure that all people activities and processes are managed in line with company policy and local regulations and standards
  • Co-ordinate the development planning and training delivery activities together with the Line managers and the Training Manager
  • HR controlling & reporting
  • Ensure legal compliance and provide guidance relevant to HR policies, procedures, and regulation 
  • Performance management: Brief the appropriate business units about processes, and deadlines, and provide guidelines, training as appropriate. 




Required skills:
  •  2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A HR BUSINESS PARTNER
 • Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills 
 • A self-starter who can work autonomously 
 • Ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives 
 • Fluent in English and Hungarian
