IT Auditor and Analyst
Our Client is a global technology leader in the production of speciality materials and chemical products. We are looking for an IT Auditor and Analyst to their growing Regional Operations Centre in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic, operational and compliance audit projects,
- Handle audit IT control processes and create documentations,
- Provision of assistance in integrated audit projects by working with the business audit team closely
- Review third-party assurance using recognized standards (SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2)
- Provide annual tests of ITGCs over financial reporting required under US SOX
- Participate in assurance reviews and investigations
- Build relationships with IT organizations
Required skills:
- At least 1-3 years relevant experience in Internal Audit, Big 4, IT or related fields
- Bachelor/Master degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Experience in testing IT General Controls (ITGCs), Key Reports (IPEs), and/or Application Controls
- Proficient in Office 365 applications
- Understanding of processes, risks, and controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to pay close attention to details
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Highly motivated, reliable, accurate and able to work independently
Advantages:
- SAP experience and Root cause analysis skils
- Willing to acquire professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Eager to stay current with Cybersecurity and IT Governance trends
- Understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
- Discover areas for improvement including simplification and automation of controls or audit processes
- Experience with Data Visualization Software and data extraction
