Site Operations Manager

On behalf of our multinational partner, we are looking for an Site Operations Manager. Be part of a great international team, apply today! 


Main responsibilities:
  • Responsible for management and execution of a contracted Managed Services 
  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations
  • Manage / communicate to suppliers and partners in delivery of service as required
  • Work with local management and Global Process owner teams 
  • Place and manage orders, replace defective parts, manage returns
  • Control and create reports on services & maintenance performance metrics 
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolution definition and implementation


Required skills:
  • BA/BS/BBA degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Significant interaction with Customers in an Operations/Service Delivery role
  • 2+ years experience in an operations role (Incident Management/Complex Customer-facing Role/Supply Chain/Order Management)
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers via phone and email 
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite including, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Fluent in English
