Customer Operations Manager - German-speaking
On behalf of our multinational client, we are looking for a Customer Operations Manager - German-speaking. A customer-facing role that is responsible to manage & execute contracted Managed Services. The Manager works with customer contacts, 3rd party partners, and the company's resources to execute defined services. Duties include day-to-day services delivery execution, escalation management, generating or providing customer reports, and providing input and recommendations for ensuring Client satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for management and execution of steady state services
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations
- Install base accuracy, order management, device change management, issue resolution, reconciliation analysis, consumables management, normal business-as-usual activities
- Maintain necessary client communication via email and phone
- Monitor and report on services & maintenance performance metrics to fulfill contractual SLA as required
- Assures compliance with HR, procurement, legal, financial, ethics and government-related policies, strategies and processes
- Work together with partners as required to support client contractual requirements
Required skills:
- BA/BS/BBA degree in Business or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of experience in an operations or services delivery role
- Fluency in German AND English is a MUST
- Experience with direct interaction with Business Customers, including Managers / Directors
- Strong analytical/procedural background al certification or past experience in process analysis
Advantages:

- Project Management certification preferred
- ITIL / ITSM experience, certification preferred
