Operations Support Specialist

Join our partner’s regional brand new HUB and provide professional customer service support to their UK customers while being part of a diverse team with a familiar atmosphere.


Main responsibilities:
  • Working with the Operations Support team to complete manual admin tasks
  • Contacting customers whose payments have failed and processing customer cancellation refunds 
  • Completing quality control checks 
  • Cooperating with third parties (e.g. underwriters, claims handlers, premium finance partner, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Working with a fantastic, motivated and intelligent team
  • Handling admin tasks in Excel


Required skills:
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Confident use of Excel spreadsheets
  • Quick decision-making  
  • Experience working in an admin role
  • Experience in working as part of a team
  • Analytical skills to solve problems
