Payroll Specialist

Our Client is a well-known multinational company. Due to its dynamic growth, the company is seeking an experienced professional for the following position

Main responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR BP and critical stakeholders in related questions
  • Make sure the payroll is delivered on time
  • Have a significant partnership with local/global teams and third-party providers to ensure effective payroll service delivery
  • Take part in standardization projects
  •  Ensure the correct data in the payroll system and take part in reporting tasks,
  •  Handle employee documents requests 

Required skills:
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a related field of HR 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic knowledge of global payroll rules is an advantage
  • Fluency in  English and other languages ( French, German) is an advantage
  • MS Office Knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizing skills
  • Detail-oriented personality
