English speaking customer service representative

On behalf of our popular and stable multinational partner, we are looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative!

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard: order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling and crediting
  • Deal with customer calls and complaints effectively 
  • Ensure case and call logging to a high quality standard with regular updates on cases until successful conclusion
  • Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and other relevant internal stakeholders


Required skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • Strong customer services experience 
  • Experience in order processing
  • Good MS Office skills, and  knowledge of SAP 
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation skills
