HR Team Lead

Main responsibilities:
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations Team and key stakeholders to ensure: compensation, payroll, reporting, employee lifecycle issues, implementation of company policies, process reviews and improvements
  • Be the owner of the HR Service processes for several respective EU countries (e.g. Hungary, UK, Sweden etc.) 
  • Understand key HR service processes 
  • Drive process improvement, atomization projects 
  • Take part in HR Service transition projects
  • Complete HR Audit and SOX Control
  • Lead the distribution of Footprint tickets, handle escalations
  • Ensure data integrity in the respective EU countries
  • Coordinate year end and year beginning tasks
  • Be center of competence for labor law issues
  • Take part global HR projects 

Required skills:
  •  5+ years in experience and knowledge of HR Operations / HR Administration and processes
  • 2-3 years leadership experience
  • Solid skills in Project Management
  • Strong people management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English is a must and other EU language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
  • MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
