Japanese speaking Service Desk Analyst

On behalf of our popular and stable multinational partner in IT sector, we are looking for a Japanese-speaking Service Desk Analyst colleague!


Main responsibilities:
  • Providing level 2 IT support  for customers 
  • Handling incoming support channels to troubleshoot customer inquiries
  • Having end-user tasks such as signing and managing envelopes, configuring templates and PowerForms, and other aspects of using the eSignature product suite
  • Identifying improvements to the product and bugs


Required skills:
  • Fluent or close to native in Japanese and English
  • You are a night owl and you are willing to work in night shift, from 2.00 AM to 11 AM
  • You have a passion for technology and helping customers solve their technical problems


Advantages:
  • Bachelors of Science degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline is an advantage
