Analyst IT Support (Afternoon shift)

Our partner, leading in the chemical sector, is looking for an English-speaking Analyst in IT Support, to extend their team.

Main responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls/chat 
  • Assist with issues relating to PCs, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network communications
  • Escalate incidents to the appropriate IT operations resources by the established procedure
  • Monitor open tickets for accuracy, urgency, and problem resolution
  • Ensure continuous availability during shifts in the telephony system (15:00 PM - 22:00 PM)
  • Perform as per KPI, SLA, Quality, and Objective requirements
  • Ready to be shifted in on-call during weekends


Required skills:
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Strong experience in Microsoft based operating systems (Windows 7,10, Office 2010, 2016, and Internet Browsers)
  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience and career plans in IT
  • Proactive and team player attitude 
  • Great problem-solving and time-management skills
