Talent Acquisiton Lead - EMEA

Main responsibilities:
  • Lead biweekly EMEA Resourcing meeting with country HR Leaders to review and strategize open and future roles.
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies that will involve external passive sourcing, diversity sourcing, and strategic postings to niche associations.
  • Acts as in-house agency proactively sourcing candidates from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Operations.
  • Manage job postings and advertisement processes.
  • Screens and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with country and local employment laws.
  • Update ATS with offers, disposition codes, and onboarding documents.
  • Work in tandem with the Global TA Director for Enterprise wide roll outs 


Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years managing all phases of the recruitment process
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian; French or German is a plus 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems
  • Strong work ethic and professional, positive, supportive demeanor 
  • Ability and willingness for some travel withing EMEA for leadership meetings
