Program Manager

Our multinational partner is looking for a Project Manager to join their Product Delivery team. He/she will identify, develop, and implement the changes to improve the operational performance of Product Delivery. 


Main responsibilities:
  • Build the business case and the detailed rationale to obtain project approval. 
  • Define project scope, objectives, approach, required resources, and project schedule. 
  • Recommend & apply the most appropriate approach & project methodology. 
  • Have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of the project. 
  • Manage the project team to meet deliverables in line with timelines & budget. 
  • Change management while respecting the defined scope, costs & timeline.  
  • Identify dependencies between projects to optimize their implementation. 
  • Identify risk & limit uncertainty. 
  • Manage project communication within a project team, steering co & management.



Required skills:
  • Graduate in Supply Chain Management 
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience 
  • Experience in international & cross functional project management in the field of Supply Chain 
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills (assertive, good listener, good communication & negotiation skills) 
  • Experience in leading project teams of 10+ 
  • Problem-solving 
  • Agile mind set 
  • Autonomous, business & results-oriented 
  • Ability to work with people at different levels of the organization, teamwork 
  • Self-motivated, open minded 
  • Project management skills: Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen.  



Advantages:
  • PMP certification would be a plus 
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and tools (XLS, PPT, WORD) CPIM (APICS)
