Tasks:

  • Managing day to day, operational tasks related to customer service
  • Find out the root of complaint
  • Provide IT related customer service via email, phone and fax
  • Organize and complete tasks on time
  • Facing queries
  • Manage the KPI’s and SLA’s

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian
  • Fluency in English
  • Relevant experience (advantage)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of customer’s needs
  • Experience using SAP and/or Siebel is an advantage
