  • Managing end-to-end recruitment located in Benelux countries, Switzerland and Italy,
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with hiring managers and the business for future work,
  • Continuously develop creative channels to identify and locate talented candidates by direct sourcing,
  • Work with hiring manager to clarify vacancy requirement,
  • Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates,
  • Presenting hiring managers with appropriate shortlist’s of candidates,
  • Onboarding and induction,
  • Work in partnership with managers to provide challenge, advice, direction and support on recruitment strategy, delivery and related policies and procedures,
  • Work with various channels and suppliers to ensure best service levels and efficient delivery based on the needs of the business.


  • At least 1 year of experience of the recruitment industry in Europe,
  • University or College degree,
  • Fluent English knowledge,
  • Experience in delivery of direct sourcing (by using e.g. BOOLEAN search, LinkedIn Recruiter account, etc.),
  • Ability and willingness to learn and deliver in a challenging environment,
  • Strong organization and effective time management skills,
  • Creative thinker – ability to create and offer up creative recruiting solutions,
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills,
  • Well organised and structured approach to workload,
  • Willing to travel to European countries (a few times per year) and be adaptable and work in a flexible environment.
