ENGLISH SPEAKING OFFICE COORDINATOR

 
Are you an enthusiastic and creative person, with experience in an Office Manager or similar role? Would you like to work in a multinational environment as an Office Coordinator? Send your application if you have fluent English language knowledge, and are willing to join the team of an expanding company.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and organizational support, handling mailing and post service issues
  • Timely and accurate order entry for standard equipment and consumables in line with performance targets
  • Managing onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees
  • Collecting and controlling of the claims for monthly fringe benefits (travel expenses) and deliver the sheets to HR
  • Arranging reservations for HR queries (training, events)
  • Coordinating the external visits, including agenda preparation
  • Event management
  • Tracking information and prepare timely and accurate reports as required by center needs
  • Customer satisfaction is the primary accountability of this job.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of the everyday work, and giving assistance in any other daily ad hoc manners

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a must!
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize the number of projects
  • Being experienced user of MS Office
  • Have high standard of organizational and client service skills
  • Precise and proactive attitude
  • Accuracy, reliability, flexibility, patience
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
